Privacy policy

This policy explains how Imani Actuaries collects, uses and protects personal information, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa.

What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional organisation, and the content of your message. We do not use tracking cookies. We may use a privacy-friendly analytics service (without cookies or personal identifiers) to count page views.

How we use it

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing.

How we protect it

Enquiries are delivered over HTTPS to our mail provider. We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as is necessary to service the relationship, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, email info@imaniactuaries.co.za.
